End of 5th Grade and the Beginning of Summer...

This girl. Norah finished 5th grade with a bang. She had highest average in all four subjects in her class, All As for every quarter of the year, a creative writing certificate, and the top 10 highest score in 5th grade for a Science test. She is also a million of good things that make her one amazing girl. I am so proud of her and who she is becoming. Now get ready 6th grade!!

So after awards day...a few of us went to lunch at Mellow Mushroom, then played putt putt, and last stop for ice cream!

Next celebration was a girls beach day that another mother organized and it was a blast!

Then her sweet 5th grade class got together for a pool party! Some are missing but they had a terrific class and we wish they could all move to the same class for 6th grade!

Always more beach time when you live at the beach. Norah and her friend, Maren.

I walk on the walkway on most days and love seeing the golf course views...plus Norah will ride her bike sometimes.

Norah went to her first baseball game (Myrtle Beach Pelicans) with a friend. They got picked to participate in some game on the field where they were blindfolded and Norah's friend had to feed her a bo-berry biscuit. Ha!! Norah had a lot of fun!

And this picture of Jeff makes me laugh! We always pick on Jeff that he doesn't catch a lot of fish...so he sent me this picture to me to prove he does...even if they are small and he has to throw them back!! You will get a big fish next time! Ha!

And of course...lots of pool time with friends. This was with some girls after tennis camp one day. Norah has been doing so great with tennis and has moved up to the next group where she plays. She is excited! I need to get some pics with her in action!
